Manager – Online & Retail Operations

Kiddies and Toys International (Pvt) Ltd, is an exclusive supplier of some of the finest global brands of baby care, mother care products and toys.
The company acts as the exclusive distributor in Sri Lanka for many reputed Baby care and Toy brands including Farlin, LEGO and Hot wheels to name a few. Our mission is to ensure kids within the country experience the same satisfaction and joy experienced by kids across the world.

The ideal candidate will be overlooking the Online & Retail Operations for KTI.

Duties & responsibilities

• Oversee e-commerce sites and Cool Kidz websites and social media, ensuring they are completed within the budget and on schedule.
• Supervise and motivate retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaign plans based on briefs from Brand management and Business Units.
• Manage budgets across multiple digital channels, ensuring effective utilization and maximum ROI.
• Manage and lead the Cool Kidz store team to achieve sales targets and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee delivery of products and update customers on delivery date.
• Ensure monthly Sales Targets are achieved.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or Business from a recognized university or SLIM or CIM passed finalists.
• Minimum 05+ years experience in E-commerce and supervisory experience in a sales-driven customer-oriented environment.
• Experience in Retail will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques, with a focus on Digital Marketing.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
• Result-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and driving business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
